Documentary-makers and ‘contempt of court’

A legal threat to two British independent film-makers seems inappropriate at best and intimidatory at worst.

It’s always chilling when we hear of documentary film-makers being threatened with legal action simply for doing their job. It’s doubly chilling when it happens here in Britain, rather than in some far-flung country where we’ve long suspected freedom of expression is an alien concept.
